The Presidency has booked rooms for participants at the Park Hotel in Ljubljana for three nights, i.e. from 18 to 21 April 2008.

It is important that any special needs regarding the type of room (e.g. in case of disability) are indicated in the “Particular requirements” field of the on-line registration form. In the same field any preference to share a room with another participant, should also be indicated. We will do our best to accommodate all such requirements. Individual reservations will be made with reference to the information provided on the registration form.

Participants must pay for any additional services (phone, pay-per-view TV channels, mini-bar, room service, dry cleaning, etc.) when checking out of the hotel.
