The meeting will take place at the Brdo Congress Centre, the permanent venue for most of the Presidency’s events.

Coffee breaks and lunches will also be organised, in accordance with the programme, within the Brdo area. There will also be a designated area in the Brdo Congress Centre where you will be able to leave your coats and store your luggage.

The Brdo Congress Centre is equipped with Wi-Fi and wired network to accommodate notebook access to Internet and printing services. An Internet Corner with 14 workstations is available on the First Floor of the Brdo Congress Centre. Additional working areas equipped with PCs with internet connection, office suite, telephone, internet cables ready for use with laptops (it is recommended that you nonetheless also bring your own UTP patch cables) are also available. A special multimedia service is available through desktop icon "TV & Video", which opens a user interface with a selection of TV channels as well as venue CCTV channels. Common printers, fax machines and copy machines are also provided on the First Floor of the Brdo Congress Centre.
