Target group

Young people from each Member State of the EU, the EFTA States, Accession Countries and Countries of Western Balkans are invited to the Youth event.

National Youth Councils were invited to closely co-operate with the National Agencies of the “Youth in Action” programme when selecting participants who meet the following criteria:

• young person between the ages of 18 to 30 years;
• young person from disadvantaged backgrounds which prevent her/his participation in the society;
• young person having experiences with inclusion projects or works with young people with fewer opportunities;
• ability to communicate in English language;
• keen on active participation in the Structured dialogue on Local, National and European level on the main topic »promoting the participation of young people with fewer opportunities in the society«.
