Role of young people in intercultural dialogue
Active and democratic approach to the Intercultural dialogue is important to prevent conflicts, combat prejudice and stereotypes in public and political discourse. Effective strategies and methods promoting intercultural dialogue are particularly important when they involve youth with fewer opportunities opportunities when it comes to ethnicity, religion and cultural heritage and explore new ways of ensuring inclusive participation on a social and political level of all young people.
What are the most common obstacles preventing full inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities into the society?
What are the existing best practices, tools and instruments that could become part of existent youth policies and could encourage better participation of young people with fewer opportunities?
Which could be cohesive and realistic approaches which will propose clear strategies for effective promotion of intercultural dialogue on a national and European level within the youth policies?
